Thirst is no longer a worry for student of SJKC Shang Wu Da Ma Cai donate 2 drinking water dispensers to school

The students of Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Shang Wu (SJKC Shang Wu), Penang, can now enjoy cool and clean drinking water thanks to Da Ma Cai’s recent contribution of two drinking water dispensers to the school.

The donation came after the school reached out to Da Ma Cai through its Penang Regional Office, sharing that their old water dispensers had broken down. With over 800 students and 60 staff members, the school faced challenges providing sufficient drinking water—especially during the current hot weather.

The new dispensers have been placed at two convenient spots: at the school canteen which is also near to the field and basketball court, and another at the school building block, close to the classrooms so students can easily refill their bottles throughout the day.

SJK(C) Shang Wu Headmaster, Lee Hong Choo expressed her appreciation, saying, “We are very grateful to Da Ma Cai for their kind support. With these new water dispensers, our students can stay hydrated and refreshed, especially after their sports and outdoor activities. It’s heartwarming to see how a simple act of generosity can make a big difference to our children’s comfort and well-being.”
