How to download and install the dmcGO app?

To download and dmcGO app, please click the following:

iOS: https://www.dmcgo.com.my/download/ios

Android: https://www.dmcgo.com.my/download/android

Currently, dmcGO app is not available on Play Store. Android user must download the apk file from dmcGO website.  

To install the dmcGO Android app, please ensure that you enable/allow installation of apps from 'Unknown Sources' or non-market apps under Settings > Security > Device Administration > Check Unknown Sources. These settings may vary for different phone models. Please check your device manufacturer's settings.

Should you encounter the following prompt during installation, “Google Play Protect – Unsafe app blocked : This app was built for an older version of Android and doesn’t include the latest privacy protection...”, simply click OK to proceed with installation.

Why can't I log into dmcGO with my Da Ma Cai account?

Registration as a member of Da Ma Cai website is different from the registration for dmcGO account.

Register as member of Da Ma Cai website allows you to receive draw results and newsletters only.

For the application of dmcGO account, every application must be made at Da Ma Cai outlet using Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (PMP)’s dmcGO application form, together with a valid Identity Card and be accompanied with a minimum cash deposit of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20) or other amount as may be revised by PMP from time to time.

My top-up to dmcGO was not reflected on my account / My dmcGO account was blocked.

Due to connectivity and/or third party payment channel issue, your dmcGO top up might be delayed. Affected top up will usually be completed within an hour. Delayed top up made after 5pm will be completed the next morning.

Why my winning is not reflected in my dmcGO account?

dmcGO winners will receive Winning Notification and Bet History update at around 10pm on same draw day. In case the record is not updated, please call dmcGO Helpdesk 03-23332000 during this hours for assistance:
Draw Day : 8am - 7pm
Non-Draw Day: 9am - 5pm

How long will my dmcGO withdrawal take to reflect in my bank account?

All withdrawals will take 1-3 working days to be reflected in your registered bank account.

Can I apply to become a Da Ma Cai Agent?

Since 1989 the Malaysian authorities have stopped issuing any new agency licenses. Hence, we do not accept and process any new applications.
